Dr. Colina Frisch Managing Director - IWE-HSG Competence Center for Responsible Leadership, University of St.Gallen Colina Frisch earned her MA in Psychology and her PhD on ethical leadership from the University of Zurich. Prior to this, she had worked as a research fellow at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences School of Psychology. She has many years’ experience as an executive recruitment and development expert and as a trainer for presentation skills. Furthermore, she has led international consultancy projects in the areas of health, wellness, and tourism, such as developing health and wellness strategies for luxury resorts in Asia. She worked in the theater for several years as a producer, director and co-director. She started her career as a marketing and event manager for a business think tank. Colina Frisch is a member of the IDBZ consulting group and serves as member of the board of trustees of the SHG Stiftung für humanwissenschaftliche Grundlagenforschung Furthermore, she co-chairs the Society for Business Ethics (SBE) Emerging Scholar Program. She was formerly a member of the supervisory board of a real estate cooperative and of the NSW/RSE Netzwerk für sozial verantwortliche Wirtschaft. Colina Frisch was a fellow of the Swiss Study Foundation and received scholarships from the Forschungskredit of the University of Zurich and the URPP for Ethics of the University of Zurich. She was selected for the Swiss-German Mentoring Program and received the Society for Business Ethics Founders Award in 2013. In 2015, the magazine Women in Business selected her as one of the “40 under 40 – 40 women under the age of 40 who move Switzerland”.
