Prof. Dr. Martin Kolmar Director - Institute for Business Ethics, University of St. Gallen Since 2006, Martin Kolmar has been Professor for Economics at the University of St. Gallen, where he also serves as Director of the Institute for Business Ethics (IWE). He studied economics at the Universities Bonn and Berkley and completed his doctorate as well as his habilitation at the University of Constance. He spent extended periods of time as visiting scholar at Brown University and at UC Berkley. Before taking on his position at the University of St. Gallen, Martin Kolmar was Professor for Economics at the Universities Göttingen and Mainz. His research is focused on the intersection of normative economics, behavioral theory, psychology, neuroscience, ethics, and economics.
