Goals TADA is aiming at promoting sustainable development through an international and interdisciplinary PhD program in business ethics. It will contribute to the development of key competences for both teaching and learning business ethics through inter-university collaborations. TADA’s PhD students … are able to carry out excellent research at the highest possible level, undertake their research projects in an international context while being sensitive to cultural differences, learn to publish in the best journals in the field, be trained in teaching the field of business ethics according to high standards, learn about transdisciplinarity for their research and their way of thinking, develop important management skills in research contexts. TADA is meant to strengthen inter-university cooperation. It enables us to… promote the idea of sustainable development within our university while inviting and including faculty members and PhD students from other fields of research to our events, develop a tested curriculum that can be integrated into existing PhD programs of our schools (programs such as international business, management, organization and culture, strategic management, leadership, etc.), increase cooperation between the universities in Europe and North America as well as to learn from each other in order to improve teaching abilities, and strengthen cooperation with international universities to foster transatlantic dialogue.
