The Institute of Business Ethics at the University of St.Gallen, the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights at the Geneva School of Economics and Management at the University of Geneva, the Center for Business and Human Rights at the Stern School of Business at New York University, and the Business and Human Rights Journal (BHRJ) are pleased to announce the 8th Business and Human Rights Young Researchers Summit at the Stern School of Business in New York, to be held August 10-12, 2023.
The Summit will bring together approximately 10-15 excellent doctoral and early post-doctoral researchers (deadline is one year after graduation) who are conducting research in the field of business and human rights. The goal is for participants to present their research project in an interdisciplinary, collaborative workshop. Scholars from all disciplines, including ethics, law, business, and global affairs, are invited to apply. Submissions from non-legal disciplines are especially welcome. The emphasis is on the development of scholarly papers. Therefore, submissions should provide an overview of ongoing research, be single-sourced, and not yet intended for publication at the time of presentation. We encourage submissions from all parts of the world and aim for a gender balance in the selection process.
