Academic Village costs (Only)

- Accommodation on Campus “Academic Village”: a lump sum of 200 euros (for at least 4 nights; maximum, 7 nights)
- Food (Breakfast & Dinner) on Campus “Academic Village”: a lump sum of 200 euros (for at least 4 nights; maximum, 7 nights)
- Lunch and coffee break are included for everyone in the conference registration fees.

The Academic Village Experience on UCAC Ekounou Campus
While some participants may choose to stay in hotels, we encourage participants of the ISBEE 2026 Congress to stay directly on the UCAC Ekounou Campus, right at the heart of the event. The Academic Village is designed to foster exchange, community, and an authentic sense of African academic life, blending simplicity, comfort, and a strong community spirit.

The 150 guest rooms are located within the student residence area, offering well-designed private rooms with a twin-size bed, a personal shower, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe for storage. While the toilets (WCs) are just outside the rooms, each room features a private shower for added convenience. The rooms are simple but comfortable, reflecting the welcoming spirit of the campus. Please note that there is no hot water, but the tropical climate keeps showers refreshing and pleasant.
